5. Payments & Refunds

Certain products, memberships, subscriptions, coaching, or training programs require payment. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable fees. Pricing may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect a subscription already in progress until its next renewal.

5.1 Refunds

Setup Fees: Non-refundable once onboarding or setup work has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, a refund of the setup fee may be provided, less any payment-processing costs already incurred.

5.2 Monthly Subscriptions: Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future billing (see our Cancellation Policy).

5.3 Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products (including downloadable resources and online courses) are non-refundable once access has been delivered or the content has been downloaded.

5.4 Your Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), including any applicable cooling-off rights for electronic transactions.

5.5 To request a refund, email [email protected] with your proof of purchase.

5.6 Subscription services may renew automatically

Cancellation terms may apply depending on the service

Free trials may convert into paid subscriptions if not cancelled before the trial period ends.

5.7 Delivery of Services & Digital Products

OrbitBuzz Amplify provides digital products and services only. No physical goods are shipped.

5.8 Digital Products

Digital products (such as guides, downloadable resources, and online courses) are delivered electronically. Access details or download links are sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase — typically immediately, and no later than 24 hours after payment is confirmed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, active email address.

5.9 Services (CRM Setup, Automation Packages & Training)

Setup and service-based packages begin once payment is received and onboarding information has been completed by the customer. Onboarding is initiated within 3 business days of payment, and delivery timelines for each package are confirmed with the customer during onboarding. Because these services depend on customer cooperation and the information provided, timelines may vary.

5.10 Non-Delivery

If you have paid and not received your product access or onboarding within the timeframes above, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

5.11 Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions (CRM & Ongoing Services)

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by giving written notice to [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain access until the end of that period. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

5.12 One-Time Setup Fees

Setup fees cover work performed at the start of a package and are non-refundable once onboarding or setup work has begun. If you cancel before any work has commenced, please see our Refunds policy below.

5.13 Fixed-Term Packages

Packages sold for a fixed duration (for example, multi-month done-for-you engagements) are governed by the specific terms agreed to in writing at the time of purchase.

5.14 Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately, they cannot be cancelled once purchased and accessed. Please see our Refunds policy below.

5.15 How to Cancel

We are not responsible for:

Third-party outages

Platform policy changes

Service interruptions

Data loss caused by external providers

Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and policies of third-party services they use.

Logos

Graphics

Training materials

Videos

Documents

Marketing frameworks

Digital products
